Job Opportunities
Outside Sales Account Manager (Full Time)
Location: Midwest Region USA (Remote)
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
In this position, you will be responsible for driving new sales growth through your sales ability and product application experience.
- Develop direct OEM mobile accounts
- Identify relevant target accounts and growth potential opportunities
- Maintain continual relationship with existing customers within an established region
- Develop proposals and present to customers and prospective clients
- Call on new accounts
- Attend tradeshows to identify new technology on the market
Required Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum of (5+) years OEM mobile accounts
- Practical experience and understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics industry
- Customer focus with strong negotiation skills
- Experience writing and deploying proposals and client presentations
- Must be a self-starter as position will require working remotely
- Must be highly organized with strong communication skills
Travel Requirements
- This position will require travel to see customers within the sales territory
- Occasional overnight travel may be required
Digital Marketing Strategist (Full Time)
Location: Ontario, CA (On-site)
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the company website
- Manage the company’s social media channelss
- Plan and control the digital marketing budget and spending by allocating budgets to different channels
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and boost traffic
- Plan and manage Google ads campaigns
- Manage ad copy creation across all channels
- Development of email strategy; segmentation, compilation, and maintenance of email audience lists
- Create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Update company blog, e-newsletter, and social media (including regular posts, news, job listings, etc.)
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs
- Provide Insights & recommendations on opportunities identified based on the business goals and performance
- Work with freelancers for creative copies
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Required Experience and Knowledge
- A minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment
- Knowledge of GTM, Google search console, A/B testing tools, and GA4
- Content SEO and/or Technical SEO skills and experience
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress
- Data-driven and result-oriented
- A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and take accountability for their work and results
